Aanpak: Rust, Structuur en Beweging

1. Strategie vertalen (data)

Ik vertaal complexe ambities naar een meetbaar en haalbaar plan. Door data centraal te stellen, creëren we een objectief vertrekpunt voor de koers van de organisatie. Geen aannames, maar scherpe keuzes op basis van feiten en resultaat.

Inzet van: OGSM-methodiek, Data-analyses en Power BI dashboards.

2. Grip door inzicht (visueel)

Een strategie of proces komt pas tot leven als deze voor iedereen zichtbaar en begrijpelijk is. Door de koers, de waardestroom en de prestaties visueel te maken, creëer ik rust en een gezamenlijke focus. Dit stimuleert eigenaarschap op elk niveau van de organisatie.

Inzet van: Value Stream Mapping (VSM) en Obeya (sturingskamers)

3. Continu verbeteren (Executie)

Echte verandering ontstaat door actieve betrokkenheid bij de uitvoering. Ik analyseer waar processen stagneren en implementeer methodieken die teams helpen om knelpunten bij de bron weg te nemen. Zo borg ik een cultuur waarin elke dag een stapje beter wordt gewerkt.

Inzet van: A3 problem solving en Lean-principes
