Een strategie of proces komt pas tot leven als deze voor iedereen zichtbaar en begrijpelijk is. Door de koers, de waardestroom en de prestaties visueel te maken, creëer ik rust en een gezamenlijke focus. Dit stimuleert eigenaarschap op elk niveau van de organisatie.
